How to Make a Reservation

• ・By phone (directly to our clinic)
• ・Via our online reservation system or inquiry form on the website

Available Days & Hours

• ・Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
  (Not available on national holidays)

〈Types of Checkups Offered〉

Legal Health Checkups

• ・Pre-employment Health Checkup
  Required when hiring a new employee, in accordance with Japanese labor law.
• ・Periodic Health Checkup
  Required annually under the Industrial Safety and Health Act.

Note: These checkups are intended for individuals whose companies do not offer group health screenings.

〈Tsukuba City-Authorized Checkups〉

For residents of Tsukuba City only:

• ・Specific Health Checkup
  For those aged 40+ enrolled in Tsukuba City’s National Health Insurance.
• ・Late-stage Elderly Health Checkup
  For members of the medical care system for elderly aged 75 and over.
• ・Basic Health Checkup
  For residents aged 20–39 enrolled in Tsukuba City’s National Health Insurance.
• ・Cancer Screenings
  
  • 　o Colorectal cancer (age 40+)
  • 　o Prostate cancer (age 50+)
  • 　o Stomach cancer risk testing (for ages 40 and 45)
• ・Hepatitis Virus Testing
  For residents aged 40+ who have never received a hepatitis screening.
• ・Tuberculosis Screening
  For residents aged 65 and over.

〈School Admission Tests (Antibody Testing)〉

• ・Measles / Rubella / Varicella / Mumps / Hepatitis B
• ・QuantiFERON Test (for tuberculosis screening)

Fees:

• ・First consultation fee: ¥810
• ・¥2,000 per test item
• ・5-item package: ¥5,930

〈Medical Certificate for Overseas Travel〉

• ・English medical certificate available: From ¥3,150～
  (Final cost depends on content and number of pages)

〈Other Individual Health Tests〉

• ・Stool culture test for food industry workers (up to 5 types): +¥1,100
• ・Preschool child checkup: ¥3,150
• ・Infant/toddler health checkup (not covered by insurance): ¥5,350

〈Checkup Packages & Contents〉

Examination contents may include:

• ・Height, weight, abdominal circumference, BMI
• ・Vision & hearing tests
• ・Blood pressure measurement
• ・Urinalysis
• ・Chest X-ray
• ・Complete blood count
• ・Lipid profile
• ・Liver function tests
• ・Blood glucose tests
• ・Electrocardiogram (ECG)

〈Receiving Your Results〉

• ・In person at the clinic (free)
• ・By regular mail: ¥110
• ・By registered mail: ¥370

〈Required Documents〉

• ・For Pre-employment or Periodic Checkups:
  If your company has a designated form, please bring it or consult us in advance.
• ・For City Health Checkups (Specific, Elderly, Basic, Cancer):
  Please bring the official voucher or coupon issued by Tsukuba City.
  Confirm you are eligible at the time of booking.
