Reception desk phone support is available during the following hours:
・Monday, Thursday, Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
・Tuesday, Friday: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
For emergency cases, please select Option 6 in the automated menu.
During the above consultation hours, selecting the “Emergency” option will connect you directly to our reception desk.

Medical Appointments

Time-Specific Appointments: You may select a convenient date and time in advance.
Same-Day Waiting List Appointments: Available for sudden fever, cold symptoms, or minor injuries.

Please note that depending on demand, we may not be able to accommodate all same-day requests.

Rehabilitation Appointments

Physical Therapy Appointments: You may choose a convenient date and time in advance.
Manual Therapy Appointments: Also available by prior reservation.
Please note that first-time users must undergo a preliminary consultation with a physician and obtain appropriate instructions.

Vaccination Appointments

You may choose a convenient date and time in advance.
If this is your first vaccination at our clinic, we are happy to assist with planning future vaccinations.
Please note that due to vaccine supply conditions, availability may be limited. Details are provided on the vaccine selection page, so please check beforehand.

Health Checkup Appointments

Appointments for health checkups cannot be made through the reservation system.
