Current System

Morning Queue Consultation

  • Consultation hours: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

  • Reservation opens: from 6:00 a.m.

Afternoon Queue Consultation

  • Consultation hours: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

  • Reservation opens: from 3:00 p.m.

From January 2026

Morning Queue Consultation

  • Consultation hours: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

  • Reservation opens: from 6:00 a.m.

Afternoon Queue Consultation

  • Session 1

    • Consultation hours: from 5:00 p.m.

    • Reception opens: from 4:50 p.m.

    • Reservation opens: from 3:00 p.m.

  • Session 2

    • Consultation hours: from 6:30 p.m.

    • Reception opens: from 6:00 p.m.

    • Reservation opens: from 3:00 p.m.

※ After selecting “Same-Day Queue Consultation” in the reservation system, please choose the queue reservation for your preferred time slot.

As the afternoon consultations will be divided into Session 1 and Session 2, please arrive at the clinic after the reception start time for your selected session.

As before, when your turn is approaching, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address.
