Because our clinic provides evening and nighttime medical services, there are occasions when patients with highly urgent conditions visit us. In order to ensure that all patients can receive safe, high-quality medical care with peace of mind, we will further strengthen our medical system and establish a framework that allows us to appropriately assess and prioritize urgency.
As part of this initiative, we will begin charging an In-Hospital Triage Fee starting January 1, 2026.
In-hospital triage refers to a system in which patients with more urgent conditions are given priority for medical examination and treatment. By implementing in-hospital triage, we are able to assess each patient’s symptoms and provide appropriate medical care at the appropriate time.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Flow of Medical Care
-
Upon arrival, a physician or nurse will assess your condition and determine the level of urgency based on our clinic’s triage criteria, which are established in accordance with JTAS.
-
Patients with higher urgency will be seen first. Please note that the order of examination may differ from the reception number.
-
If the waiting time becomes long, reassessments will be conducted at regular intervals, and priority may be adjusted according to changes in your condition.
-
If your symptoms change while waiting, please do not hesitate to inform our staff.
